Tenerife is unique and full of possible excursions to undertake once you rent a boat. With its microclimates, winter in the north and summer in the south, the island is perfect for a sailing holiday in the south. We recommend a visit to Teide National Park for unique excursions. In the north you can instead visit tropical forests with flora never seen before, while the south is more desert and many beaches are volcanic. If you are looking for beaches to visit in the south of the island we highly recommend a stop in Los Cristianos, a meeting point for many tourists, and on the opposite side, still on the south coast, Los Gigantes. This coast is dotted with rocky cliffs that alternate with white or pitch black sand beaches. From Tenerife, you can take the rental boat of your choice and undertake numerous excursions to the other islands of the Canary archipelago. We recommend setting a course for Gran Canaria, then heading to Fuerteventura and Lanzarote.
